HOW LONG DOES SETUP TAKE?

Most marketing system builds take 2-4 weeks from strategy call to launch. Quick wins (email sequences, landing pages, audits) are delivered in 2-7 days depending on the service.

DO I NEED TO KNOW ZOHO?

No. We handle all the technical setup. After launch, we train you on the parts you need to use day-to-day (usually just checking a dashboard and responding to hot leads). If you want us to manage it ongoing, that's an option too.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A CRM?

If you're on Zoho already, we build on top of what you have. If you're on something else (HubSpot, Salesforce, spreadsheets), we can migrate your data over as part of the setup. We'll audit what you have in the strategy call and recommend the best path.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes. Monthly services have no lock-in. If you're on a managed plan and you cancel, you keep everything we built — the CRM, automations, funnels, all of it. It's yours. You just won't have us managing and optimising it anymore.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FREE STRATEGY CALL?

30-60 minutes where we dig into your business. We look at your current marketing, find the gaps, and give you a custom action plan. It's a real working session, not a sales pitch. If you want to work with us after, great. If not, you keep the plan.

DO YOU WORK WITH BUSINESSES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

Yes. Everything we build is digital — Zoho works globally and all our meetings are on video call. We have clients across Australia and can work with businesses anywhere in the world.
